Desktops must be 0.5″ to 1.25″ thick and have no sloped or lipped edges where the keyboard tray clamps are intended to be installed. Also ensure there is adequate space under the desk by checking the location of the crossbar, desk legs, and controller against the measurements of the keyboard tray.
